RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy that starts from the day the merchandise is delivered. Returns must be accompanied by the order number issued by Vulcan Firelines and printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned without the order number will be refused credit. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. No collect freight return packages will be accepted. Products must be returned in new sellable condition with all instructions, manuals, and packaging intact. Returns not in this condition will be refused credit or will be subject to restocking charges to return the product to original sellable condition. Original outbound freight from Vulcan Firelines is non refundable. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility.
It is our objective to get the products to the customer quickly and in the most cost-effective way. We use freight shipping as our standard carriers for domestic packages. Most orders will be shipped out in two weeks, after they are received. Freight shipping will be calculated at time of checkout. Shipping surcharges will be applied to orders with shipping addresses that are in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Quality product

I’ve used all kinds of UTV slip-ons throughout my career. The Fireline series is hands down the best unit I have used. This unit is quiet, powerful, thrifty with water and very well designed. Easy to install and fasten to the factory UTV box. The customer service has been outstanding and very timely. I highly recommend this product.
