If order has been filled correctly, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the error is ours, we will pay the costs of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In-stock items typically ship out of our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
‘Built to Order’ products require a 2 week build time, plus shipping time(typically 1 week in transit).
Custom items may take 3 to 6 week.
Shipping estimates do not include transit time, but once in transit typically arrive is 4 to 5 days.
VFM wants to ensure that your products arrive on time and in good shape. This requires a physical address, not a P.O. Box.
Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.
Title and risk of loss to pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier.
If product was damaged or lost in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier. These rates are based on one shipment per order to a Continental United States address only. Additional shipments may require extra shipping charges which will be disclosed during order processing.
Any additional charges must be approved by you before we will complete the processing of your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please contact our sales department before returning any items. If we have made an error, we will quickly replace the items in question. If it is your error, a 25% restocking charge may apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
• 30 day return policy on all purchased goods
• 25% restocking fee on all in-stock items (no credit for shipping charges)
• Vendor restocking fee on all non-stocking returnable items
• All special order items are non-returnable (no exceptions)
Check the column marked "B.O." on your packing slip. If there is an -0- in the column next to the item that is missing, it means that we will be shipping as soon as the item is available. Most stock items that are back-ordered are usually shipped in 2 weeks.
If there is damage caused by the shipper, you will need to contact them. Then call us. All returns must be authorized and to the attention of the Returns Dept. Please check your equipment to make sure your order was completed to your satisfaction.
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Certain items can take up to 30 days. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the original payment method.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
VFM Company warrants to the original purchaser that it will either replace or repair any part of the new equipment sold to the purchaser, which has been given no abnormal use; and which has received proper maintenance; and which is determined by VFM to be defective in material or workmanship. The product must be returned at the purchaser’s expense, with transportation charges prepaid, to VFM facility. Any problems / defects shall be reported to VFM within 5 days of delivery.
Exclusions from warranty
VFM incurs no liability under this warranty or otherwise for parts, accessories or components not manufactured by it, but purchased for assembly into the equipment, but VFM will assign to the Purchaser whatever warranty rights are extended by the supplier of such part, accessory or component.
VFM incurs no liability under this warranty or otherwise, for equipment which has been abused, altered or improperly maintained, or for equipment which has been returned for inspection or repair more than ten (10) days after defect complained of has been submitted.
VFM incurs no liability for alteration or repairs unless the Purchaser first receives written consent or approval from VFM company. VFM will not be responsible for work or repairs made or done by others.
VFM incurs no liability for design alterations, parts, accessories or components which are not standard but are specified by the Purchaser for incorporation into the equipment.
VFM shall not be liable for transportation charges either in shipment to or by it and shall not be liable for loss of use, or consequential damage of any kind in connection with the sales, alteration, repair or replacement of any equipment or part thereof. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair and in any event shall not exceed the purchase price paid. This warranty is not transferable by the Purchaser. VFM reserves the right to make changes in design or add any improvements to the equipment at any time without incurring any obligation to install or modify same on other equipment previously supplied. There are no other warranties, conditions or representations, expressed or implied, except the above.
